How the Order and License Activation process works The following are the steps to purchase and Activate your ManusRisco License. Instructions are provided as you proceed through each step and the entire process only takes a few minutes.  The software will not be functional until all steps are completed. Contact tech support here if you have difficulties during the Installation and Licensing process. Order ManusRisco™ software from RegNow by going to our Order page.  If you have specific ordering questions see the RegNow FAQ. You will receive an order notification email from "Orchid Technologies" with the subject "Your Order with Orchid Technologies".  Keep this email as your receipt. The email will contain a link to download and run the ManusRisco™ Setup program.  The first time you run ManusRisco™ you will be asked to enter the Serial Number (provided in your 'Order Notifcation' email).  After entering the Serial Number (also called License Code), click the 'Activate' button to activate the software. Once you have activated the software you may run ManusRisco™ only while connected to the Internet. To run the software "Offline" (not connected to the Internet) requires a License File.  Your License File will be downloaded by the ManusRisco™ software automatically.  It may take up to 3 days before this file is available on our server.  You will see a download message that will indicate that your "Offline" license file is being downloaded.  Once your ManusRisco™ software has completed this download the software can be run with or without an Internet connection.
