This trader's Actual Business Organization contains actual trades made through his/her broker. The other three Business Organizations contain trades for hypothetical, practice and prior trades.

In the Actual Business Organization, this trader has created a Profit Center Structure consisting of  the Breakout, Trend Trades and Morning Trades Profit Centers.

He has also created a FOREX Trade Type for his/her Eurusd, Eurjpy , Eurchf and Gbpjpy trades on the FOREX as  well as an INDEX Trade Type for his/her Es ( E Mini ) and Nq ( Nasdaq Mini ) trades and a FINANCIALS Trade Type for his/her Bd ( Bond ) and Tb ( T Bill ) trades.

The Breakout Profit Center will contain trades from a price breakout trading system, the Trend Trades Profit Center will contain trades from a trend following trading system and the Morning Trades Profit Center  will contain trades taken during the morning hours when prices are more volatile.  

After a trade is completed, the profit or loss on the trade is entered into the appropriate Profit Centers. Each Profit Center can then be  managed just like a business. Profitable trades are revenues and losing trades are expenses.  

For example, if  you make a $ 1,000 profit on an Es trade in the morning using your Breakout trading system, the $ 1,000 profitable trade is entered into the Breakout and Morning Trades Profit Centers.                                             

After about 20 trades are entered into a Profit Center, then you can run any Analysis Report on any combination of trade elements such as Profit Center, Trade Type, Symbol, Buy or Sell, # Traded  etc                              

Each Analysis Report performs a specific type of analysis which enables you to determine.......... where you have the advantage and the trend...... how much to trade.......where are your trading strengths and weaknesses..........if  you are playing a positive or negative expectation game.

The Analysis Reports enable you to manage your trading activities  in a professional and practical business environment, which in turn provide the information necessary to execute confident, educated and disciplined trading decisions.
